Ryan Wallace was born and raised in The Woodlands, Texas. He graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. While an undergraduate, Ryan interned in the State Department at the U.S. Embassy in Paris, France. Ryan also interned at the Texas House of Representatives as well as for two members of the U.S. Congress in Washington, D.C. before attending law school.
Ryan received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. During his time in law school, he was President of the International Law & National Security Society and interned at the Harris and Montgomery County District Attorneys’ Office and the Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, in Falls Church, Virginia. Ryan is an Eagle Scout and licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys cooking, astronomy, and all things J.R.R. Tolkien.
