Andrew “A.J.” James Garceau is a rising trial lawyer licensed in the State of Texas. His focus is on cases involving commercial and general liability, commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, actions involving the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice Act, and appellate matters. In these cases, he helps his clients understand Texas law and its application in their case.
A.J. received his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 2019. While at Baylor Law, A.J. spent his days in class and nights in the library; literally, he worked the closing shift. He had the pleasure of working for Dean Leah Jackson Teague, Dean Stephen Rispoli, and Professor Gerald Powell while at Baylor Law. He earned the “High A” in Texas Administrative Law and Consumer Protections. A.J.’s experiences at Baylor Law helped him understand the importance of attorneys to guide and counsel others through often difficult terrain. It is these experiences that A.J. uses to assist his clients today.
