Karen Alvarado is an experienced trial lawyer who is licensed to practice law in Texas and Mississippi, as well as before the federal courts in Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She handles cases involving arbitration matters, construction law, commercial disputes, medical malpractice, premises liability, insurance coverage, products liability, general liability, trucking accidents and toxic tort litigation (asbestos, benzene and welding fumes). In the construction and manufacturing industry context, Ms. Alvarado assists clients in negotiating terms, drafting legal agreements and filing liens in order to position their businesses for more efficient recovery. She carries these through into litigation if the need arises.
