When a legal matter is entrusted to my care, I take that responsibility very seriously. My clients’ legal concerns are my concerns as well, and I appreciate the opportunity to work together to find appropriate solutions. If it is in my client’s best interests to take a case all the way through trial (or even an appeal), then I have proven for over 25 years that I am ready, willing and able to do so. If the client believes that settlement is more appropriate, then I understand the need to efficiently and economically posture the case in its best possible light and obtain the information needed to properly evaluate the value of the case for purposes of resolution. I enjoy helping my clients meet their goals by listening to their needs and then exceeding their expectations with professional and honorable representation.

I continue to represent individuals and businesses in a variety of fields, such as oil and gas, insurance, transportation, construction, entertainment, food industry, professional services, manufacturing, retail, commercial and multi-family property, and many more.
