Andrew Tyree grew up in Austin, Texas. He graduated from St. Michael’s Catholic Academy. Declining the burnt orange of his hometown, he instead donned the maroon and white of Texas A&M University as he set off for College Station, Texas, to pursue his undergraduate degree in Mathematics, dabbling as well in Physics and Spanish along the way. His love of proof and analysis marked a natural path to his study of law at the University of Houston Law Center, where he was active in both the Mock Trial and Moot Court teams.

After law school, Andrew had the privilege of serving his community as an Assistant District Attorney with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. There, he sought justice by devoting close attention to detail and careful analysis of the evidence so that he could advocate on behalf of crime victims while keeping vigilant for the wrongfully accused. In that time, Andrew gained first-chair experience in more than two dozen jury trials.

Andrew and his wife, Gabrielle, have a cherished baby boy and two dogs. When not in his office or spending time with his family, Andrew can most often be found making a mess in his kitchen or trying to grill something exciting outside.
